Built as a lightweight, modular trauma platform, the First-In Trauma Belt allows providers to carry essential life-saving equipment on a dedicated MOLLE-compatible belt system without the bulk of a full medical pack. The result is rapid access to critical interventions when time, distance, or mission constraints make larger kits impractical.

The system includes a durable MOLLE-compatible belt (available in sizes S–L) paired with two small utility pouches and one large trauma pouch, providing flexible storage for hemorrhage control tools, airway supplies, and other mission-critical medical equipment. The modular design allows users to configure pouch placement based on dominant hand, operational role, or vehicle seating considerations.

To further support organization and rapid identification, the belt can be customized further with three hook-and-loop labels, allowing providers to clearly mark pouch contents.

Importantly, the SOARescue First-In Trauma Belt is supplied without medical contents. This allows agencies, teams, and individual providers to customize their kit with preferred medical supplies compliant with their protocols, ensuring compatibility with their training, medical direction, and mission requirements.
