WHERE'S MY ORDER?
For information regarding orders placed please EMAIL: orders@SOARescue.com . In your email please include an order number for a timely response.
HOW QUICK IS SHIPPING?
Please allow 3 business days prior to reaching out to the fulfillment department. Due to the volume of orders, calls placed in that period of time will be directed back to email correspondence. Shipping information will be only emailed, and our customer service representative will only answer shipping questions for extreme circumstances.
NET 30?
For ALL NET 30 accounts, payments that have not been received within 30 days of delivery or service provided will be assessed a 1.5% fee starting on the 31st day, and then accruing monthly. If you fail to make arrangements within 30 days your NET terms will be suspended.
REFUNDS
If you seek to be refunded for any order over $100.00 there will be a 10% processing fee assessed. You have 7 days from time of purchase to seek a refund. This fee covers credit card processing as well as man hours spent on special orders or coordinating item delivery. Shipping will be refunded on a case by case basis.
